Bronze Age religion centered on the journey of the sun by day through the sky and by night through the darkenss of the underworld. The day voyage was made by a chariot drawn by a divine horse, and the night return was by ship. Other means of transport were fish, snakes and water birds. This chariot of the sun was made c. 1400 BC.
