"Kościuszko at Radławice", 1888, by Jan Matejko. In the Cloth Hall, Kraków. Matejko had a huge reputation and painted huge historical paintings. This depicts the end of the battle in 1794 in which a peasant army led by Kościuszko defeated some Russians.
