Travelling via the Tokyo Metro is strenuous, as this illustrates. To transfer from the Chiyoda Line on the left to the Marunouchi Line on the right we had to walk a half kilometer and up/down several staircases. Note that two more lines (Hanzomon and Tozai) also intersect at Otemachi. We used a lot of taxis instead.
