We hopped along the coast in trips that were limited by our tolerance for sitting on trains. To get from the Adachi to Kanazawa took three legs: first to Kinosakionsen, and then to Tsuruga, before reaching Kanazawa. The first trip, on 26 May, took 3:39 and required two changes of train.
