The Dutch had a monopoly on trade with Japan in the Edo Period. That legacy explains the name of the Huis Ten Bosch train. Huis Ten Bosch is a theme park in Nagasaki Prefecture which recreates a Dutch town. It is named after one of the residences of the Dutch Royal Family.
