This is the schedule for the Alishan Railroad, the tourist route that used to carry logs down Alishan Mountain to Chiayi. Note that there is just one train (#311) daily from Chiayi to Shitzulu, the end of the line, and that trip takes almost 3 hours. After 15 minutes it (#312) heads back, a 5 hour trip. It stops during the descent for 2+ hours in Fenqihu.
