I took this photo at 9:40 PM on 22 January, an hour after leaving Tromsø. This was our first sight of the Northern Lights, and only with a time exposure of 5 seconds can you see the green color that distinguishes the Northern Lights from town lights reflected off clouds, which is red. Note the sky is black.
